Athletic Edge’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our application accesses your Gmail account solely to provide the following features:
- Sending recruitment emails to college coaches on your behalf.
- Syncing replies from coaches to track your recruitment progress.
- Analyzing email performance (opens/replies) to improve your outreach.
We do not use your Gmail data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your Gmail data with any third-party AI models for training purposes.
1. Introduction and Policy Overview
This Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Notice”) describes how GTK Marketing, LLC, doing business as Athletic Edge Official (“Athletic Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information related to your use of our websites, mobile and desktop applications, online platforms, and participation in our services and events.
Athletic Edge provides AI-powered recruiting tools, athlete development resources, and educational services, including but not limited to prospect evaluations, recruiting profiles, data analytics, athlete showcases, combines, camps, and coach or parent communications (collectively, the “Services” or “Platforms”).
2. Scope and Consent
By using Athletic Edge’s Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. This Policy applies to all personal information collected through the Athletic Edge website (https://athleticedgeofficial.co), our member portals, and our AI-powered recruiting tools.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly: Name, birthdate, phone number, email address, academic info (GPA, test scores), and athletic info (stats, video links).
B. Information from Google APIs: When you connect your Gmail account, we collect and process email metadata and content strictly to facilitate recruitment outreach as detailed in the Google API Disclosure section above.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our recruiting services, personalize your experience, and facilitate communications between athletes and college coaches.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or contractual reasons. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@athleticedgeofficial.co.
Revoking Google Access: You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
6. Human Review Disclosure
To ensure the quality and security of our service, our developers may occasionally review anonymized system logs for troubleshooting purposes. We do not read your personal emails unless explicitly requested by you for support reasons.
7. Children’s Data and Parental Consent
Athletic Edge complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Registration for users under 13 must occur through a parent or legal guardian.

Athletic Edge uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to assist in evaluating athlete data and generating insights. Our AI systems process only information voluntarily submitted by users. Personal data is not sold, shared, or used to train external AI models.
