CRITICAL: Gmail API Integration & Limited Use
Athletic Edge integrates with the Gmail API to provide recruitment outreach features. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service will access your Gmail account to send recruitment emails to college coaches on your behalf.
- The Service will sync and display replies from coaches within your dashboard to track recruitment progress.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Welcome to the websites, applications, and online services of GTK Marketing, LLC dba Athletic Edge Official (“Athletic Edge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms” or this “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our online and/or mobile services, websites, software, and any content provided on or in connection with the services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at https://athleticedgeofficial.co/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Arbitration Notice & Class Action/Jury Trial Waiver: These Terms contain a binding arbitration provision and a waiver of class actions and jury trials. Please read carefully.
1. Use of Our Service
What we do: Athletic Edge provides a platform and related resources that help athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations communicate, build recruiting profiles, share information, evaluate athletic development, and manage parts of the recruiting and player-development journey.
Eligibility: You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Athletic Edge and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. No one under 13 may use the Service.
Accounts: You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at contactus@athleticedgeofficial.co.
2. Votes, Contests, Drawings & Sweepstakes
From time to time, we may offer opportunities to vote or enter promotions. Additional terms may apply and will supplement these Terms.
3. User Content
“User Content” means content you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available via the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Athletic Edge a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
4. Data
Some aspects of the Service allow you to provide or connect User Data (e.g., stats, rosters, training data, linked sources). By doing so, you grant us and our affiliates/service providers the rights necessary to operate, analyze, improve, and support the Service.
5. Mobile Software
We may provide mobile apps (“Mobile Software”). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use one copy per account on your device for personal use.
6. Our Proprietary Rights
Except for User Content, the Service and all materials therein (software, text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) are owned by Athletic Edge and its licensors.
7. Athletic Edge Property
The Service may include intangible features (e.g., status indicators, points, badges). They are licensed, have no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.
8. Paid Services
Some features may require fees. Pricing and payment terms are available at https://athleticedgeofficial.co/plans. Cancellation is permitted at any time, but payments are non-refundable.
9. No Professional Advice
Information provided via the Service is for informational purposes only and not professional advice. Seek qualified professional advice for your situation.
10. Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive texts from other users and from Athletic Edge or our service providers. Message/data rates may apply. To stop, reply STOP.
11. Privacy & Security
We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://athleticedgeofficial.co/privacy. We implement safeguards but cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security.
12. DMCA Notice
We respect intellectual-property rights and will respond to valid DMCA notices. Send notices to contactus@athleticedgeofficial.co.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites/services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Athletic Edge and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
15. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
16. Governing Law; Arbitration; Class Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION.
